Manchester Proud Donates 13,000 Reusable Water Bottles to MSD

Aramark Team uloading donated water bottles from delivery trucks

The Manchester School District received a donation this January of 13,000 resuable water bottles. This was made possible in thanks to Manchester Proud and the Greater Manchester Chamber and the generosity of Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health, People’s United Bank, and Beeze Tees. Aramark will deliver and distribute the donation across the district schools.

Due to COVID-19 challenges and safety protocols, water fountains within the Manchester School District (MSD) are no longer accessible. MSD is prioritizing the installation of water bottle filling stations at Manchester schools that do not currently have any, and plan to increase the number of filling stations to the schools that do have some. Manchester Proud and MSD recognized a need to ensure that all students had reusable water bottles in their possession to utilize these filling stations moving forward.
